![]() ![]() ![]() if this failed, it would make sense that electricity is able to flow the wrong direction and short out the system. ![]() its basically a one way gate for electricity. if you follow the schematic the other way, you see a part marked D1. ![]() the fact that it doesn't, would suggest to me that it might actually be on the other side. the pencil points the the common half of the B button, if you follow the trace (lighter green part, which is actually a thin layer of metal under the green coating) you'll see it goes to the bottom of the board, loops up to the L button, and then continues onto the ribbon slot above.Īfter thinking about it more, what seems odd to me is that the B button doesn't also effect the screen. i just happened to have a front board with no screen handy so i took a shot for you. The front board is very simple, there's not much that could go bad, but i have a guess. ![]()
